Asia Graduate Programme – Singapore

Be part of what's next in Singapore.

Who can apply for the graduate programme?

Recent graduates with a recognised degree in engineering, architecture, environmental studies, sustainability, or other built environment-related disciplines are encouraged to apply. Candidates with up to two years of work experience may also be considered.

What should applicants include in their resume?

Applicants should submit an updated resume that clearly highlights their academic qualifications, internship experience, project involvement, extracurricular activities, key achievements, expected availability to start work and nationality.

What types of exposure will graduates gain?

Graduates gain hands-on exposure to real engineering and consulting projects across transportation, buildings, infrastructure, sustainability, and environmental sectors. They work alongside experienced professionals, receive structured training and mentoring, and develop technical, consulting, and professional skills. This provides opportunities to contribute to meaningful projects while building a strong foundation for a long-term career in the built environment industry.

Which universities or institutions are relevant for Singapore recruitment events?

WSP regularly participates in career fairs, networking sessions, and recruitment events at universities and polytechnics across Singapore. Students are encouraged to follow WSP’s careers page and their university career portals for upcoming opportunities and application details.
