Triple Wins at Autodesk Hong Kong BIM Awards 2022

At its 16^th edition, the awards highlight bold and innovative projects that push the limits of BIM technology and are transforming the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry for a more efficient and sustainable era.

Two of our projects received the top honour as the Award Winner:

Heritage Information Modelling for Cultural Heritage Conservation at Tai Fu Tai Mansion
A declared monument built over 150 years around Qing Dynasty, Tai Fu Tai Mansion in Yuen Long adopts Heritage Information Modelling (HIM) using OpenBIM to develop an interactive digital model to collect, interlink, compare, visualise, analyse, share, present and navigate heritage information and state of conservation with accuracy, precision and quality, enhancing heritage conservation and facilities upkeep for the historic fabrics, driving forward the sustainable development in our city.

WSP’s collaborative digitalisation effort is seen in adopting openBIM to enhance flexibility of BIM uses and achieve interoperability, traceability, reliability and sustainability for better asset management and performance, ultimately shaping this exemplary Grade A Office as the next generation of a healthy, resilient, smart, green and sustainable landmark in Hong Kong. The Henderson is also the first Hong Kong project winning global recognition from buildingSMART openBIM Awards 2022.
