ISO 27001 standard focuses primarily on the implementation and management of an information security management system (ISMS). In compliance with this international standard, our entire Taiwan operation has strengthened our risk management and taken a holistic and proactive approach to information security, aligning with procedures and policies of the highest standard in the protection of information assets.
As we are involved in more and more data-reliant systems and projects to support Taiwan’s highly tech-focused economy, this ISO 27001 certification further enhances our capability to be a reliable partner of our clients, from city governments planning smart and autonomous transit systems, listed corporations reporting for ESG compliance, to tech giants building high-performance data centres. We can assure our clients that their data is safely kept with us throughout a project’s life cycle as we provide our multidisciplinary design, engineering and advisory services.
Taiwan is WSP’s third office in Asia attaining the certification following Hong Kong and Singapore. Our ongoing expansion of ISO 27001 compliance will facilitate collaborations across our regional network with strong information security resilience.
