What opportunities has WSP offered you?

WSP not only gives me opportunities to engage in a variety of remarkable and challenging building projects, but also broadens my horizon through Future Ready and Digiteering strategies. In my everyday work, with the support from my supervisors, I can transfer theoretical knowledge to practical engineering design. Through learning from digital experts, I am equipped with the skills to deliver smart and sustainable solutions for clients to withstand future challenges.  

What do you enjoy your job?

Being able to connect with colleagues is what I enjoy most in my job. At WSP, I can meet people from different teams and disciplines through a variety of activities held by our Staff Engagement Task Force and Professional Growth Network and build friendships in a relaxing way. WSP is indeed not just a workplace but a family.

What do you find exciting about engineering?

The most exciting thing about engineering is that we can turn conceptual design into reality and make a real impact on the society. By utilising our engineering knowledge, we build elegant and remarkable landmarks, and the society also benefits greatly from our efficient and sustainable designs. Seeing the design of a high rise building from being conceptualised to being completed really satisfies me and makes me proud of being an engineer.
