加入 WSP 後是否有培訓機會？Will I receive training after joining WSP?

新進同仁將獲得完整的到職協助、在職學習機會及資深同仁的指導。
New joiners will receive onboarding support, on-the-job learning opportunities and guidance from experienced colleagues.

如何得知申請結果？How will I know the application result?

符合條件並進入下一階段的候選人，將由招募團隊主動聯繫。
Candidates selected for the next stage will be contacted by the recruitment team.

是否需要相關工作經驗？Is prior work experience required?
