Located at the junction of Stubbs Road and Hau Tak Lane, AIA Building is the new headquarters for AIA Group and Hong Kong’s first purpose-built urban campus. The 20-storey Grade A office tower, supported by a four-level basement, brings together approximately 1,800 employees in a highly integrated workspace designed for health, connectivity, and long-term adaptability.
In collaboration with the client and project architects, WSP delivered full-scope multidisciplinary services, covering structural, geotechnical, civil, MEP, sustainability consulting, as well as project and construction management. This unified approach enabled seamless coordination across disciplines, empowering the team to tackle complex site conditions and reshape traditional redevelopment timeline to meet an ambitious programme.
Officially opened in May 2024, the campus transformed a legacy structure from the 1970s into a future-ready workspace that exemplifies sustainable design and innovative engineering solutions.
