Sustainability M&A of the Year
The 2022 acquisition of the Environment & Infrastructure (E&I) division of Wood Group Plc. reinforced WSP’s environmental consulting business at a time when environmental and infrastructure needs are a global priority.
E&I has bolstered WSP’s expertise in key sectors including the fast-growing environmental and water sectors.
Onboarding 6,000 E&I professionals, in more than 10 countries, has expanded WSP’s geographical range and created a contingent of 23,000 environmental consultants worldwide.
