The project is located in Taipei City, Taiwan. This is an establishment of superficies project for 70 years, the client planned to build a compound building for retail and offices use which will be nine floors above ground and basement four floors with total GFA of 44,203.95sq.m.
Car parking space: 398 cars, motor parking space: 159.
As current design, B4-B2 will be parking place, B1-4F will be retails for 3C industry and 5F-9F will be the offices.
Estimated project completion will be Mid-2021.
WSP is engaged to perform project management and construction management, and final inspection for handover.
