WSP worked with Ashby Capital and Janson Urban to reuse and grow the existing structure of the Kensington Building, which created larger more effective retail and office spaces while reducing carbon emissions from construction. 

210 George Street is a landmark office development designed by Grimshaw for developer Poly Global. The building is a 27 storey office tower with every other floor set back from the façade line to create internal double height communities.

This New York skyscraper’s cascading terraces demanded a structure both incredibly complex, and completely invisible.

With its striking cantilever over the heritage listed Firehouse Hotel, this 50-storey mixed-use tower is the tallest building in North Sydney. The team adopted innovative servicing strategies to deal with the condensed floorplates and stringent sustainability targets to ensure the successful delivery of this iconic commercial and hotel tower.

Reinvigorating a historic clubhouse with a new hotel and residences

Featuring the 300m-long ‘The Crystal’ skybridge sitting atop four 250m-tall skyscrapers, WSP served as the MEP and vertical transportation system consultant engineer for this landmark of the booming Chongqing, welcoming visitors to enjoy the 270-degree panorama of the city’s skyline.

Stockholm Royal Seaport will be a vibrant waterfront community, built on 236ha of former industrial land. The first phase of the development is now on site and, over the next 15 years,  the plan is to build 12,000 new apartments, and 35,000 new work places.

We helped deliver Q Building – the first mass timber structure in Newcastle, and Regional NSW’s first 6 star rating as recognised by the Green Building Council of Australia.
