 The project achieves the provisional Platinum rating of BEAM Plus and pre-certification Platinum rating of LEED.  It is also the world’s first building achieved WELL Building Standards (core and shell) Platinum level pre-certification.  

A wide variety of sustainability, health and wellness elements are incorporated into the building design, including health and wellness, energy and water efficiency, material resources etc.  The project design achieves energy savings of 33% against the Building Energy Code (BEC) by bringing together passive and active designs, as well as renewable energy system.  Moreover, a reduction of 65% portable water consumption is achieved with the use of water recycling and water efficient systems. It will also introduce Hong Kong’s first Sustainable Tenancy Pledge.

The project is shortlisted in 2020 CTBUH Best Tall Building 100-199 meters.
