CommentSense ® public comment management system

Public engagement and outreach play a significant role in infrastructure projects, regardless of your market sector. CommentSense®, WSP’s proprietary public comment management system, is a partially-customized, internet-based database application which allows for the collection, tracking, and analysis of stakeholder input. CommentSense® can be configured to meet any program’s administrative needs, including the ability to build in workflow and business process rules. The application can be optionally integrated with any website or used as a standalone application. CommentSense® requires no third-party software and runs using a standard web browser and internet connection.
