WSP's Asia Graduate Programme, hiring in Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan, is designed to support fresh graduates in building a strong technical foundation and progressing towards professional qualification.

Three pillars of your development

Technical

Built on the 70/20/10 model, the programme emphasises hands-on experience, including on-the-job projects and site visits. For example, in our Hong Kong office, we design an HKIE Scheme A-aligned curriculum that covers business case projects and job shadowing.

Professional

Develop your professional network and workplace capabilities through one-to-one mentoring via WSP Connects, participation in our Professional Growth Network, engagement committees, and industry award nominations.

Personal

Strengthen self-awareness and core personal skills through the Strengthscope® assessment, Career Pathway Workshop, and essential skills development.
