A TIA is essential to analyse and determine the transportation requirements of a new development or redevelopment, and propose adequate and appropriate design features, facilities, and infrastructural improvements to meet people’s needs.

WSP is recognised as a TIA consultancy firm with proven track records in undertaking and submitting quality TIAs to the LTA under a new registration scheme. Led by our Project Management Consultancy & Advisory (PMA) team, we work closely with key players across the world to better understand the potential impact of new mobility trends on local environments. We have engaged with international industry experts and combined these insights with learnings drawn from WSP global projects, including Cavalry Barracks, Patchworks and the South Molton Triangle in the UK, the Victoria State Basketball Centre in Australia and Boundary Street Queenstown in New Zealand.

  • Healthy Streets – design streetscapes that are people-centric to facilitate active travel choices and improve public health.
TIA is a crucial component for Singapore’s car-lite future. It is great that the LTA acknowledges our innovative approach and extensive global track record in producing TIAs that support decision-makers in their vision for inclusive mobility and active travel design to create safe, liveable and healthy places.
