‘Tall excellence: seeking the ideal in vertical urbanism’ was the theme of the 2022 Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) Conference, which took place in Chicago from 9-12th November.

WSP is pleased to announce its intention to acquire two UK-based businesses, Capita (Real Estate & Infrastructure) Ltd. (“Capita REI”) and GL Hearn Ltd. (“GLH”), both owned by Capita PLC. 

WSP is pleased to announce that it has acquired BOD Arquitectura e Ingeniería, a 45-employee architecture and engineering firm based in Madrid, Spain. The addition of BOD will expand WSP’s Property & Buildings service offering, while boosting its visibility in Madrid and across Spain.

WSP received three awards at the Autodesk Hong Kong BIM Awards 2019 that recognises companies and professionals in the building industry, who are driving the industry’s transformation through the use of building information modelling (BIM). 

The BIM team of WSP Hong Kong is delighted to be honoured with the Certificate of Grand Award of Consulting Firm Category at the presentation dinner of HKIBIM Award 2019.  This marks WSP’s second straight win since the Award’s inception.

Congratulations to our colleagues from WSP Sweden, whose project, the Kiruna City Hall, won a European Steel Design Award of Merit at the European Steel Design Awards held in Brussels on 14 October 2019.
