At WSP, we believe in giving back to the community and making a positive impact on the lives of the children. As part of our corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts, our Philippines colleagues visited the Children’s Joy Foundation, an orphanage dedicated to providing a nurturing and supportive environment for children, while also teaching and honoring their talents on 3 May.
During the visit, we organised a variety of engaging activities designed to educate and entertain the children. Our colleagues led interactive sessions that encouraged the children to explore new concepts and ideas through guessing and puzzling games. The children eagerly participated showcasing their competitive spirit. Winners were rewarded with prizes, adding an extra layer of excitement and joy to the day. We also give educational materials and generous donations to support the daily needs of the organisation.
As the programme comes to end, the children demonstrated their incredible talents through a series of songs and dances, expressing their gratitude to us. Their performance was filled with energy and emotion, leaving a lasting impression on all of us. As we neared our goodbyes, the children hugged us warmly, further deepening the connection we felt.
Seeing the children’s joy remind us of the profound impact we can have when we come together to support our community. WSP is committed to continuing our efforts to make a difference in the lives of others. We look forward to many more opportunities to give back and create lasting positive change.
