Search for current opportunities at WSP by refining the title, location or country.
To apply, simply select: “Apply for the position.” If this is your fist time applying, you will be asked to create a username and password.
Once logged in, you will have the option to upload your CV directly or provide a link to your LinkedIn profile.
Tip: To strengthen your application, consider uploading supporting documents (i.e. project list, portfolio or CAD drawings).
2: Reviewing your application.
There are many factors that go into our hiring decision.
Once your application is received, our Talent Attraction team will begin the review process; this can take up to two weeks.
If your profile matches our requirements, a member of our team will be in touch with you directly.
If you don’t hear from us, it doesn’t mean that we don’t consider you to be a great candidate. We will keep your information on file for future exciting opportunities at WSP.

3: Phone interview.
This step is about getting to know you better and to tell you more about the role and our organization.
We will be looking for your ability to fulfill the technical component of the role, as well as your communication skills, motivation and professionalism.
A typical phone interview can take up to 30 minutes and include questions designed to build our understanding of your unique characteristics.
Tip: Have a look at our website and social channels to learn about our culture, mission statement and growth history. Be ready to talk about your technical expertise and the relevant projects you’ve worked on.
4: In-person interview.
At this stage of the hiring process, we want to deepen our understanding of who you are, your knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as aspirations.
The in-person interview team will ask pre-selected questions and scenarios designed to provide us with these insights. The questions may be technical in nature, scenario or competency-based. We’ll give you the time to expand on your experiences, knowledge and skills.
Tip: Do bring a copy of your CV, work sample and/or information about a project you really enjoyed working on. We welcome questions, too!
5: Technical assessment.
The purpose of this step is to determine your level of competency on the software or tools you will be required to use in this role.
If applicable, the technical assessment may take place on the same day as your in-person interview or as a separate step in the process.
6: Job offer.
We strive to provide a positive experience to all candidates going through the interview process at WSP.
At this final stage, all candidates who have gone through the interview process will personally hear from us regardless of the outcome.
If you have passed all the pre-employment screenings —congratulations! A member of our team will contact you with an electronic copy of our Formal Offer of Employment. Upon receipt of a signed contract, our third-party partner that conducts background checks and references will be in touch. If applicable, a separate security clearance may be required. Once this process is complete, we will be in touch to coordinate your first day.
