7 World Trade Center

Set on a 3.6 acre site in a new neighborhood development and atop a Whole Foods Market, this project is a high rise 40-story mixed-use residential tower, inclusive of 466 residential units and multiple amenity areas.

This 735,000-square-foot new office building is formed of three primary bars that are offset and stacked. The top bar rises 11 stories and cantilevers toward downtown Chicago. For the top five-story bar, WSP USA collaborated with the team to integrate full-height trusses to provide the 180-foot clear spans and 60-foot end cantilevers.

The Incubator Lab is part of the KASCT BADIR Program for the Technology Incubators and Accelerators Complex, an ambitious 380,000-square-foot, mixed-use complex. The BADIR complex will include a six-story corporate headquarters with four separate buildings designated for incubator labs.

WSP USA provided structural engineering for this high-rise in Chicago. At 700 feet, this office tower is one of the tallest examples of an efficient composite structural scheme.

A striking pair of landmark towers anchor the new VietinBank Business Center – a 300,000 square meter mixed-use development in Hanoi designed in collaboration with Foster + Partners. WSP USA provided structural engineering on the project.

This corporate headquarters will be one of the most sustainable buildings of its kind and, at 607 feet, will also be one of the taller structures in downtown Tianjin’s thriving central business district. Its twisting, faceted form is realized in an elegantly simple, efficient structure.

At 748 feet tall, the 55-story twin tower Time Warner Center is an icon of luxury in the New York skyline. It is a mixed-use residential, hotel, office, retail and entertainment development. WSP USA provided structural engineering for the project.

The 80-story Index Tower in Dubai houses both residential and commercial spaces, housing about 6,000 residents and office workers. WSP USA’s structural engineers explored optimal structures for the mixed program before selecting the clear, architecturally expressed scheme.

WSP teamed with John Portman & Associates as a key consultant on the winning concept design for this Greenland project in Yinchuan, China.

This 25-story, 689,000-square-foot sustainable office tower also features a 20-story on-site hotel. Both towers sit on top of a three-story podium with four levels of below-grade parking.
