Roger Blair leads the U.S. Energy National Business Line, providing direction for energy professionals serving the power and underground storage and disposal markets. Their combined expertise covers the whole cycle of project development, from planning, permitting, and environmental services through design, construction, commissioning and operations. They also bring a deep understanding of market trends and priorities in energy. Roger previously served as president of WSP USA’s Energy sector, with executive oversight for business operations and project/program delivery. In addition to his management experience, he has approximately four decades of experience in the underground storage industry and has worked on some WSP’s most significant energy storage projects. Roger holds a B.S. degree from Illinois State University and is a registered professional geologist in Texas.
