Bob Clifford is a certified planner with more than 37 years of experience in planning and constructing transportation facilities. Bob currently serves as a Senior Vice President and WSP USA’s Florida Transportation Business Sector Leader. He is a recognized leader in working with the public and private sectors in developing creative, cost-effective solutions to critical transportation challenges. Bob has a strong knowledge of the issues and interactions among state, regional and local transportation agencies, having previously worked as Executive Director at Tampa Bay Area Regional Transportation Authority (TBARTA) and as Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District Seven’s District Intermodal Systems Development Manager.

Bob holds a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Tampa and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners.
