Christi Byrd is a Senior Vice President and Subsector Leader at WSP in the U.S. Christi has more than two decades of tenure with WSP, most recently serving as the National Business Line Leader for Advisory and, prior to that, the Advisory Business Line Director of the Systems Analysis Group, responsible for analyzing and forecasting demand on highway and transit systems. Since joining the firm, she has passionately supported and looked for opportunities to advance the state-of-the-practice through continued collaboration with the public and private sectors, as well as with major research institutions. Her people-first leadership and passion for process improvement has driven organic growth, operational efficiency and inspired innovation.
Christi has a master’s degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of New Mexico and a bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education (Mathematics) from New Mexico State University.
