As the leader of WSP USA’s Florida water business line, Crissy Mehle brings valuable direction to client management and client development across the state while ensuring technical excellence. Crissy has 23 years of experience in comprehensive watershed assessments and improvement planning with a focus on flood protection, habitat improvement, water quality improvements and sustainability.

A registered professional engineer, certified floodplain manager and Envision sustainability professional, she is actively engaged in committees related to flood reduction and floodplain mapping and has been awarded for her outstanding efforts. Crissy oversees a team of 23 water resources engineers and collaborates with regional leadership to promote our strategic goals to enhance projects and communities throughout Florida.

She holds a bachelor’s of science in civil engineering from San Diego State University.
