He has over 30 years of experience in the transportation industry with emphasis on intelligent transportation systems (ITS), National Transportation Communications for ITS Protocols, network communications, systems development lifecycle, connected and autonomous vehicles, and information technology systems. This includes configuration, installation, integration and planning for operations; maintenance, command/control and connected vehicle projects.
