Jeff Irvine is a project consultant and supports clients with GHG and water inventories, verification reviews, policy and data analysis, performance target setting, risk and opportunity assessment, and sustainability and energy strategy. Jeff holds an M.P.A. in environmental science and policy from Columbia University and a B.S. in communications from Syracuse University.
