Jessica Field leads the national surface water/drainage practice for WSP USA and serves as engineering manager on major projects. She has a technical background in water resources, and experience in environmental permitting, civil infrastructure planning and design, and hydrology and hydraulic studies. Jessica manages large, complex and multidisciplinary design-build projects, and she is adept at forming diverse and collaborative teams, developing efficient workplans, managing fast-paced schedules, facilitating robust inter-discipline coordination, communicating with contractor and owners, solving complex problems with flexibility, and coordinating with agency stakeholders. She has coordinated with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Federal Emergency Management Agency, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Bureau of Land Management, and numerous city and state agencies for approval of environmental assessments, conditional letters of map revision, and waters of the United States permits.
