As a senior leader and transportation and land use planner, Michelle Kendall is leading the charge for WSP in shaping strategies to improve mobility and enhance the operations and connectivity of major transportation networks across the state of Florida. Drawing on 25 years of experience, Michelle has strong expertise in strategic planning, feasibility studies, multi-modal planning and stakeholder engagement. She has managed a wide variety of projects for transit agencies, state departments of transportation and metropolitan planning organizations.

Michelle is a member of the American Planning Association, American Society of Highway Engineers and is certified by the American Institute of Certified Planners. She holds a master’s of science in urban studies from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
