Throughout his career spanning more than 35 years, Peter has been involved in the preparation of hundreds of economic development, environmental and planning assignments. His practice has been built on directing and managing complex and multi-jurisdictional environmental impact assessments for large-scale transportation, infrastructure and development projects. In addition, Peter has prepared economic and market analyses for public and private investments, brownfield redevelopments, and a wide range of development and planning services, including comprehensive planning, public outreach and facilitation, site plan and zoning reviews, expert testimony, and economic development initiatives. Peter is a full member of the Urban Land Institute and has served in leadership roles on both the national and district council levels.
Peter holds a master’s degree in urban planning from Columbia University in New York City and earned a bachelor’s degree in urban studies from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.
