Brian has successfully managed and delivered projects up to $6 million in contract value for a wide range of infrastructure clients including traffic/intelligent transportation systems (ITS), highways, transit, airports, environmental, and water/wastewater.
Brian holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and management information systems from Drexel University.
