Rico Lepore serves as WSP’s Florida Program Management and Construction Management District Manager. He’s responsible for the performance of construction engineering and inspection personnel, as well as meeting the state’s operations objectives. Drawing on 35 years of experience, Rico creates Future Ready® solutions to develop transportation infrastructure that connects communities, promotes economic growth and enhances the transport of people and goods.

With a strong background in structural engineering and construction project management, he has led mulit-million dollar transportation and bridge construction projects. His recent work includes the 1-4 Ultimate project, a $2.6 billion reconstruction and multi-phase widening of 21 miles of I-4 interstate in Florida as well as the new NASA Causeway Bridge, the first of two new structures leading to the Kennedy Space Center, the Launch Capital of the World.

Rico is a professional engineer and a graduate of the Wentworth Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering technology. He also holds a master’s degree in civil/structural engineering from the University of Massachusetts.
