Therese Bridwell, Executive and lead of WSP’s Strategic Growth Team (SGT) in the U.S. She directs WSP’s sales and business development strategy and operations across the United States, positioning us as the preferred and trusted choice for our clients. Therese leads the more than 200 professionals of the SGT who win work, maintain our client focus, and build our reputation in both emerging and mature markets through client care, sales, business development and pursuit management activities.

Therese has 30 years of experience in the A/E/C industry, including 25 years building and managing dynamic and cohesive teams. In creating these teams, she supplements traditional roles with innovative positions and skillsets to further differentiate WSP’s client engagement strategies, capabilities and products from our competitors.

Therese pioneered the reorientation of WSP’s sales and development function into the SGT, prioritizing collaboration across business lines, client focus, consistency of services and investment in career growth. This industry-leading team has increased sales, retention, and quality across the U.S. business, and will continue to elevate its innovative services through collaboration with WSP leadership and technical teams and embrace of emerging technologies.
