Initially engaged to amend a New Source Review (NSR) permit, our role expanded into developing a custom emissions tracking tool, expediting the Title V permitting and conducting multi-site audits. This helped our client streamline compliance and improve data accuracy while meeting federal and state regulatory requirements.

Tailored solutions
We developed a custom Excel-based emissions calculator and recordkeeping tool tailored to the client’s multi-unit manufacturing site in Texas that helped the client calculate and speciate emissions across multi-unit facilities, while also preparing Emission Inventory and Toxic Release Inventory reports with a single click. The tool supports accurate recordkeeping, efficient permit renewals and regulatory reporting.
During 2016–2017, we updated permits at several newly-acquired sites, ensuring seamless integration into the client’s compliance framework. Our team also conducted environmental compliance audits across all locations, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions to align with federal and state requirements.
