WSP’s work for the Virginia Department of Military Affairs includes master planning, programming and DD Form 1390/91 development for training installations, readiness centers and other Virginia Army National Guard aviation, emergency and administrative facilities. Under 33 separate task orders, WSP provided comprehensive planning using multidisciplinary teams, bringing a wide range of experience to several unique projects. Master plans for Fort Pickett and the State Military Reservation were developed in accordance with UFC 2-100-01, helping the installations clarify their missions and requirements, as well as creating the framework plan, area development plans, planning standards and development program.
