Looking to rebuild a future focused on innovation and sustainable development post-rail disaster in 2013, Lac-Mégantic engaged WSP to implement Quebec’s first microgrid.

In November 2016, Swedish carmaker, Volvo, and its Chinese parent, Geely, announced details of a new, jointly owned car production plant in Taizhou in eastern China. The plant, operated by Volvo, would, for the first time in mainland China, bring manufacturing of both Volvo and Geely cars under the same roof. 

This prestigious renovation project for HSBC Private Bank in Geneva aimed to create a friendly working environment for employees and a high-end client facing front office. It involved merging seven structurally independent, historical buildings into a single office complex, featuring contemporary architectural design and spectacular views of Lake Geneva and the city’s old town.

WSP carried out the technical project management, programming, budgetary control, planning, procedures before authorities, BIM modeling and technical evaluation of the structural designs for renovation of the Movistar Arena in Bogotá, Colombia.

WSP has been taken on board as a trusted partner to deliver multidisciplinary technical and business advisory services for the “Fremtidens Tog” (Future Trains) program set up by the Danish state railway DSB for the procurement of its new generation of rolling stock, the largest current rolling stock program in Europe.
