Arnaud has extensive knowledge of feasibility and planning studies, design, tender documentation and adjudication, construction monitoring and contract administration. He is specialised in detail design of bulk water infrastructure (resource, pumping, pipelines, storage and treatment works) and bulk wastewater infrastructure (outfall sewers, pumping and treatment works). He also design reviews of large projects and gives technical contractual advice to lenders.
