We helped transformed the key interchange station in Hong Kong’s MTR network to accommodate its expansion plan and enhance the city’s connectivity.

MTR South Island Line provides a much-needed alternative mode of transport to the 350,000 residents living in the Southern District, who had faced daily traffic congestion to and from the downtown area of Hong Kong. 

The 56km-long Tuen Ma line – now the longest line of Hong Kong’s MTR network connecting the former West Rail Line and Ma On Shan Line with six new stations planned under the strategic Shatin-to-Central Link project – greatly enhances the city’s railway network coverage.

As part of a $37.4 million investment in digital twin technology in Victoria, WSP is leading a consortium of technology providers for the Department of Transport and Planning as Digital Twin Victoria’s (DTV) Innovation and Solution Delivery Partner (ISDP). The ISDP is supporting the development of innovative projects and enhancements to Victoria’s digital twin ecosystem, enabling government and the community to leverage the power of spatial data to improve outcomes and uplift digital skills.

 WSP is contributing in the design of Line 7 of the Santiago Metro, both in its engineering and its socio-environmental planning, contributing the company's international experience in these types of initiatives.

The Américo Vespucio Oriente (AVO) project is an ambitious initiative in the Santiago Metropolitan Region. Its two key objectives are to improve road infrastructure in the eastern part of the city, addressing the mobility and connectivity needs in one of the busiest areas, and to transform Américo Vespucio Park into an iconic symbol for eastern Santiago, creating a public space that enriches the urban experience for citizens.

As prime, WSP led the team providing aviation planning, financial and business planning services to prepare a new master plan. WSP updated the airport’s master plan to create a road map for development to meet future demand, stimulate economic development and support the City of San Antonio’s SA Tomorrow Comprehensive Plan.
