NEW YORK — WSP, a leading engineering, environment and professional services consultancy, has recently received several notable awards and accolades recognizing its leadership in responsible and innovative business practices, including technical excellence, ethics and sustainability.
“From providing the know-how behind the nation’s clean energy transition to redefining our country’s most iconic places, WSP is driven to do more, creating innovative and sustainable solutions for our clients,” said Joe Sczurko, U.S. president of Earth and Environment at WSP. “Our vision is to be the undisputed leader in our industry, from continually improving our own operational sustainability to leading with integrity and leveraging our expertise for the benefit of all our stakeholders. I am extremely proud of all the WSP professionals whose work has been recognized with four major awards in as many months.”
Some of the notable accolades that WSP has received in recent months include:
In January, WSP was featured as #12 on the Corporate Knights’ prestigious Global 100 ranking for 2024, which recognizes the Most Sustainable Corporations in the World.
This ranking is based on a rigorous assessment of 6,733 international companies with annual revenues of more than $1 billion. The evaluation includes 25 key performance indicators across four areas: economic, environmental, social and governance.

In October, WSP was named Technical Advisor of the Year at the 2023 P3 Awards, in recognition of the firm’s outstanding contributions to public-private partnerships (P3s).
