Set on a 3.6 acre site in a new neighborhood development and atop a Whole Foods Market, this project is a high rise 40-story mixed-use residential tower, inclusive of 466 residential units and multiple amenity areas.

Accent Lights - Pole mounted adjustable accent lights asymmetrically graze the façade articulating the flowing three-dimensional metal forms that mask the interior.
Lighting Controls - Lighting controls set to an appropriate nighttime schedule along with luminaire specifications meet the requirements to achieve the LEED Light Pollution Reduction Credit.
Residence Entry - At the residential entry, uplights within the landscape illuminate the canted columns and warm wood canopy structure. Architecturally integrated lobby lighting continues the ‘flow’.
Ceiling Cove - Concealed LED downlights within the upper column ceiling cove provide necessary ground illumination while a continuous LED grazer highlights the textural perimeter wall design.
Textured Walls - As the complex textured wall continues to the inside, so does the continuous cove lighting to create a seamless transition and flowing expression of light.
Door Hall Plant - Meticulous coordination of this architectural detail created this successful integration of light and architecture; a key branding feature of this property.
Carport - Despite two rounds of value engineering, we maintained the minimal required performance of all products to ensure the successful composition and functionality of light.
Sky Terrace - Staying within the parameters of LEED, the sky terrace canopy is softly illuminated at dusk to provide an elegant nighttime presence within this new neighborhood.
Trellis - Integrated within the trellis structure, adjustable accent dimmable LED downlights illuminate the seating groups while asymmetric LED grazers create a soft textural backdrop.
Green Accent Wall - Concealed linear lighting within the metal panel system provides a glow at an accent wall, creating a unique and identifying feature visible from a distance.
