We adapted designs for a space-constrained site located at an active landfill, developing detailed plans for traffic flow, underground piping, phased equipment delivery and other logistical complexities. To streamline construction and reduce costs, our teams supported the development of skid-based systems, enabling pre-assembled modules that improved build quality and accelerated the construction timeline.
In parallel with design efforts, our team also provided critical support in navigating California’s rigorous permitting landscape.

The facility is designed to produce up to 5,000 kilograms of renewable hydrogen per day, enough to power over 10,000 heavy-duty commercial vehicles. It will divert approximately 100 tons of waste daily from landfills, contributing to a cleaner environment while complying with stringent California EPA regulations and international fuel standards.
