The first public art museum in Australia to achieve a 6-star Green Star design rating. WSP worked with Atelier Ten and the Art Gallery of New South Wales during the design phase to ensure ecologically sustainable design outcomes were achieved.

WSP is guiding the CENTRUS joint venture and providing engineering and design management services for Canada’s largest and most complex heritage rehabilitation project.

Soon to be New England’s tallest residential building and the third tallest in Boston, One Dalton is a 61-story tower providing approximately 422,500 square feet of residential space and 290,000 square feet of five-star hotel space for the Four Seasons.

WSP is entrusted by Tainan City Government as the master planner to look for a Future Ready solution for its first-ever rapid transit system, which will not only greatly enhance the city’s connectivity, but also build the foundation that shape its development for coming years.

WSP provided engineering and architectural services to the City of Joliet for the Joliet Gateway – a multi-modal regional transportation center that provides expanded access and improved transportation infrastructure while creating a new gateway to a revitalized downtown.

Built in 1856, the Domino Sugar Refinery has dominated the waterfront of Williamsburg, Brooklyn for over 150 years. After the facility closed in 2004, the city seized the opportunity to redevelop the area for housing. WSP USA provided built ecology services for developer Two Trees’  masterplan, which was approved by the city in 2014.

A distinctive mixed-use tower in San Francisco’s Transbay Transit District, 181 Fremont stands at 800 feet with approximately 683,800 square feet consisting of 54 stories. It is the tallest mixed-use building west of the Mississippi River. The building’s unique exoskeleton structural system provides column-less interiors comprises 68 ultra-luxury condominium residences and 411,000 square feet of Class A+ office space.

The mixed-use project consists of a podium and a 26-story tower for a total of 30 stories at 322 feet tall.

This renovation and fit-out project consists of numerous individual laboratory and research spaces all approximately 30,000 square feet in size. The 190,000-square-foot Marcus Nanotechnology Building complex, built in 2009, positions Georgia Tech as the premier research facility for nanotechnology in the US.

The project is located at the former Lone Star Brewery site in south San Antonio and consists of a mixed-use development including retail, office, multifamily and entertainment.

A vision to create the next generation digital arts entertainment industry hub in Northern California was brought to life with the creation of the Letterman Digital Arts and New Media Center. Construction was completed in early 2006 on this project, which is home to a number of Lucas Arts Ltd.-related companies, and a variety of industry-related groups. The facility is LEED Gold certified.

Part of the new 17-acre campus for Columbia University in the old Manhattanville manufacturing zone in West Harlem, the Lenfest Center for the Arts houses venues for the School of the Arts, including a film screening room and two spaces for flexible performances and presentations, as well as an art gallery.
