WSP’s team of world-leading experts in MEP design for tall towers have been providing building systems consultancy for some of the tallest towers in the U.S., including 432 Park Avenue and Salesforce Tower. Our MEP engineers have also worked on projects such as 55 Hudson Yards and 53W53 in New York, 181 Fremont in San Francisco, One Dalton in Boston, and many others worldwide.
Sustainable Building Services
Our experts prioritize resource-efficient technologies to minimize energy and water consumption such as renewable energy, passive cooling, grey water recycling, combined heat and power solutions and intelligent control systems. Our designs regularly exceed the requirements of local building standards.
WSP provided building services engineering for the multipurpose sustainable Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, and are supported the project's LEED Platinum rating. We also worked on Dell Children’s Medical Center in Austin, the world’s first hospital to achieve Platinum-level LEED accreditation. Our designers cut net energy use by 50% in comparison to a similarly occupied building in the same climatic conditions.
