The TLP has recognized and celebrated nearly 500 employees who champion technical innovation and expertise. Each has demonstrated noteworthy success through their technical achievements, leadership, mentorship, and in their standing as technical experts.

Technical Publication Honorarium Program (TPH)

The TPH Program encourages and rewards employees who consistently demonstrate their technical leadership by writing, publishing and presenting technical papers to industry audiences, thereby documenting and communicating technical advances, achievements, research and innovation.

Accel – WSP's innovation incubation program

Our incubation program — which accelerates the development, application and implementation of disruptive new ideas by providing seed-funding, mentoring and more — prepares our teams to bring their products or services to market, and creates greater value for clients, stakeholders and society.
