Cotton Belt Regional Rail Corridor to Enhance North Texas Rail Service

Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) has selected a WSP USA-led joint venture to oversee its 26-mile Cotton Belt commuter rail extension project from Dallas to Plano, Texas.
