Janet Oh has joined WSP in Canada as its new Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary.
Janet possesses close to 25 years of legal and management experience in the private sector. Most recently, she held the position of Senior Vice-President, Legal, at SNC-Lavalin, leading the legal function in major infrastructure, power and transportation projects across the globe. She was also responsible for the company's global dispute resolution team.
In her role at WSP in Canada, Janet will be the company's lead legal expert and will help address the complex challenges associated with developing the next generation of assets to support the low carbon economy.
Janet holds a Bachelor of Civil Law and Bachelor of Law (Common Law) from McGill University.
