WSP Welcomes Tracy Ernsting, Vice President, Operational Performance, Canada

New role will support WSP in Canada achieve its operational excellence strategy to create more value for clients and employees.

Tracy Ernsting has joined WSP as Vice President, Operational Performance, Canada. In this role, she will drive performance and efficiency initiatives to deliver enhanced client satisfaction and an industry leading work environment. 

Over her career, Tracy has led numerous transformational projects including the development, implementation, and migration of management systems. 

Tracy is based in our Edmonton, Alberta, office.
