WSP in Canada Environment Industry Leaders Set to Attend COP27

Olivier Joyal and Laurence Blandford to join Quebec delegation in Egypt.

WSP in Canada environment industry leaders Olivier Joyal and Laurence Blandford are joining a Quebec-based delegation at COP27 in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt. The delegation is being led by Investissement Quebec International, the provincial body that supports economic development in Quebec.

This year marks the 30th anniversary of the adoption of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. Joyal and Blandford will join the Investissement Quebec International as part of the wider official Canadian delegation to the conference, and will participate in events hosted at the Canadian pavilion, organized by the federal government. They will participate in discussions with global business and political leaders on how WSP is working to reduce the climate impact of their operations.
