This major commercial project in Sainte-Foy made it possible to double the surface area of Simons and add a new section to the shopping mall. The project also made it possible to add 600 underground parking spaces, in addition to consolidating and reclassifying the urban fabric of Laurier Boulevard. A major challenge, as the existing shopping center had to remain in operation throughout the work.
With the noble structural glass entrance and the refined decor of the store, particular attention was paid to the electromechanical systems. Thus, structural elements are perforated and act as diffusers.
Numerous temporary electromechanical works were necessary to maintain the accessibility of the building and ensure the continuity of operations of the shopping center.
