Construction of a university pavilion for the establishment of a UQAR campus in Lévis. The building houses the undergraduate and graduate programs in management, education, health, psychosociology and regional and territorial development. In addition to the teaching premises, there are student living spaces such as an amphitheatre, a library, a cafeteria, a bar, as well as sports facilities.
By its very design, the project has received several awards related to energy efficiency.
At the time of its construction, the building included several innovations, notably its heat recovery system and the installation of the largest geothermal field in Quebec.
