No heat goes to waste

The heat recovered from kitchen exhaust, refrigerators, dishwashers and shower drains is used to pre-heat domestic hot water.

Worry-free lighting for all

The emergency generator needed to maintain kitchen and mechanical systems is also able to power all building lighting with no additional upsizing.

Consumption competition

The metering system that records each floor’s energy use enables friendly competitions for the lowest monthly energy consumption.
