The Pan Am / Parapan Am Aquatics Centre and Field House on the University of Toronto’s Scarborough Campus was a key venue for the 2015 Pan Am / Parapan Am Games, with a 6,000-capacity main competition pool. 

A historic building in Vancouver is in growing need of restoration and redevelopment if it is to retain its relevance for the next hundred years and beyond. The Canadian Government wants to improve the building’s performance standards, for the sake of its workers and the environment, and make better use of this valuable space in Vancouver’s central business district. As part of its long-term plan to consider the building’s future, the Canadian Government asked WSP to undertake a feasibility study by creating four different options for the site.

Phase Two of the Brampton East Community Centre integrates an additional 23,000 -m² of multi-programed space for one of Brampton’s rapidly growing community districts.

Founded more than a century ago as a home away from home for mountain enthusiasts, the 487-room luxury resort looks out on glorious peaks, the Victoria Glacier and Lake Louise itself. It offers outdoor activities all year round, including skiing, hiking and canoeing.

Deloitte Tower is the first privately funded commercial office tower to be built in Montreal’s downtown district in over 20 years. Situated between the historic Windsor Station and the Bell Center, this energy-conscious mixed-used development includes retail and office space, a courtyard, as well as a seasonal reflecting pond and ice-skating rink.

Part of the fabric of British Columbia, Vancouver’s 55,000-seat BC Place Stadium hosts hundreds of events each year, including sports, concerts, trade shows and conventions. The stadium opened in 1983 as Canada’s first domed stadium, covered by the world’s largest air-supported dome roof.

Located in the heart of Toronto, the tower at 81 Bay Street is the first phase of a grand-scale, mixed-use development that is dedicated to enhancing the wellbeing of not just its own occupants, but people in the surrounding area.
