WSP has a two-year training programme for early career professionals (Graduates and Apprentices) as well as professional sponsorship to grow and enhance their technical skills. We have leadership programmes that bridge the gap between engineering management and leadership. We pay your fees and give study time for courses to facilitate career changes as well as mentors and reverse mentor programmes. Our team of learning professionals continually adapt our training to meet your needs, so that you can grow your career at WSP.

With clear career routes you can also have multiple careers in the UK or Globally.

Health and wellbeing

At WSP we prioritise wellbeing. We have a UK programme called Thrive – which is designed to proactively identify risk factors that can impact our personal health and wellbeing. Through this we create opportunities throughout the year to take personal ownership of these risk factors and provide resources when the time is right. Thrive provides resources on mental, physical, financial, and social wellbeing to help our teams when they need it.

Stimulating projects

We’re involved with a diverse range of projects – from some of the world’s most iconic buildings, to new sustainable cities, to exciting heritage projects. Our clients are varied and come from both the public and private sectors, local and global. See our projects
