From asbestos testing and assessment through to identifying and classifying hazardous materials, we monitor, manage and mitigate risk through comprehensive and robust management systems.

Managing Risk

We help our clients manage the risk that asbestos and other hazardous materials, such as lead or anthrax, pose when they are present in buildings or in the ground. Our technical experts ensure organisations manage compliance in an economically pragmatic way, and make informed decisions on development and investment projects.

Compliance

Our team provide asbestos building surveys, asbestos monitoring, removal verification, and asbestos risk management consultancy to help our clients ensure they are compliant with existing legislation. Further to this, we provide bespoke management plans and compliance strategy documentation, and IT solutions for management of asbestos and health and safety compliance data.

Enabling Development

We specialise in assisting our clients with the delivery of asbestos and hazardous materials remediation projects; this includes asbestos contaminated land investigations and remediation where we can help you overcome constraints from historical land uses to aid new developments.

Our highly experienced consultants can help with due diligence asbestos appraisals on the risks associated with real estate transactions, and expert witness and opinion on potential litigation cases. 

Technical Excellence

We hold universally recognised and industry leading UKAS accreditation to ISO 17020 and 17025 for asbestos surveying and monitoring. Our consultants are all members of the BOHS Faculty of Asbestos Assessment and Management (FAAM) and we are members of the Asbestos Testing and Consultancy Association (ATaC), National Organisation of Asbestos Consultants (NORAC), and the HSE recognised Independent Asbestos Training Providers (IATP).
